About Hillpet
The company was created in 10 June 2008 by Mr Nhlamulo Christopher Shirinda. The company has been operating as a Project Management Consultancy, General Building Construction and Civil Works Contractor since its inception. We are entrusted by our clients to provide work that is of the required specification and quality within the stipulated time and we strive with purpose so as to ensure that we don’t fail them. Our track record ranges from small scale projects to large scale projects, no project is too small or too big for Hillpet to not execute successfully.
Our organisation is structured in a form of a strong matrix with a project management office for successful execution of projects.

Nhlamulo Shirinda, a class of 2022 cum laude graduate at Stellenbosch Business School has 15 years of experience working as a project manager where he has overseen the construction from earthworksto handover of both relatively small and huge construction projects. He has vast experience in Business Management and Project Management. He previously worked at Anglo American Pty Ltd and NHBRC where he gained invaluable experience in terms of liaising with both clients and consultants. Nhlamulo isresponsible for the overall leadership of the company.

Collaborating across departments, Phumzile enhances organizational effectiveness, implements processimprovements, and upholds high- quality standards. Managing risks, defining performance metrics, and fostering a customer-centric approach are integral to her responsibilities. Additionally, she plays a crucial part in talent development, regulatory compliance, and project management, contributing significantly to the overall efficiency and success of the company.

She has vast experience in Project Administration from bid submission to facilitation of projects until completion. Keneilwe Motaung, in her capacity as the Office Operations Manager, plays a pivotal role by providing essential administrative support to the company and ongoing projects. Her responsibilities include stream lining and coordinating various administrative tasks crucial for the organization’s smooth functioning. Beyond administrative duties, Keneilwe actively contributes to human resources, participating in talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts.

His completed project types include office blocks,space planning, workshops, commercial buildings, residential housing, cluster housing developments, substations, relay rooms, rail related depots and facilities.

Technical skills include civil and structural engineering design and management, engineering reviews and reporting, engineering feasibility studies, budget input and control.
